About us

Rossi the opera in Genoa since 1947 and is specialized in the production and sale of confectionery products and high quality gourmet.

His long years of work in contact with the public, the experience gained in three generations from my family and my personal passion I can offer safe products that I selected for this site.

Our two stores of about 30 sqm are located in the city of Genoa as one of about 50 m² with laboratory is located inland.

Our 400 sqm warehouse is equipped with refrigerated cells for storage of products while our stores are equipped with air conditioning running day and night from 1974 to ensure the integrity of each individual product.

From storage to supply the shops, making shipments of orders received and this is been optimized to ensure an absolute service efficiency without neglecting the care for details.

For some years now we publish "Palatifini", a small magazine that allows us to keep a direct line to our customers by broadening the concept of service that we strive to pursue in our relationship with our clients.

The assortment of our stores is of course much more vast than that since online includes products that hurt sales so poor it in internet but you're certainly welcome if you come and visit us to see other treats.
