was one of the best and most appreciated chefs onboard
cruise liners. He was born in Torre del Greco, the
"coral town", nearby Naples and decided
to move to Genoa and live here. "Genoa is my
home town too! A wonderful sea town, rich in gastronomic

to his origins and the deep knowledge of Genoa’s
traditions, and The constant support of his wife Rosa,
he invented an imaginative and very tasty kind of
cuisine. He is now one of the greatest experts as
for Liguria’s cuisine; his exquisite dishes
can thus be tasted in this elegant restaurant, which
is one of the best and carefully furnished restaurants
in Liguria.

his dishes, you’ll find: fish dishes and many
exquisite and tasty hors-d’-oeuvres; scampi
and shrimp thick hollow spaghetti, lobster linguine
pasta, seafood zappette pasta. Then, you are offered
fish dishes cooked according to Liguria’s recipes,
