Nota: Consegna gratuita(anche con pagamento con contrassegno) per gli ordini superiori ai 75 euro, in tutta Italia.

€ 23 Per Austria,Belgio, Danimarca,Francia, Germania, Regno Unito, Olanda, Spagna, indipendentemente dal peso prodotti acquistati.

€ 31 per Portogallo, Finlandia, Svezia e Irlanda, indipendentemente dal peso prodotti acquistati.

In case of cash on delivery packages, you need to pay 10000 on receiving your products.

Our packages are strong and safe, cooled if necessary and fully protect the products you ordered.

The products you ordered are given to the courier company 24 hours after you placed your order (except for holidays and week ends). Our courier company, DHL, will deliver them at your place in 24/48 hours. If our products are to be delivered in any European country other than Italy, UPS will be the courier company delivering them. The products you ordered will take 24 to 72 hours to get to your place, depending on where you live.

Warning! If the packages you receive are damaged, do not accept them. If they are not seriously damaged, you can accept them and sign the transport bill under protest, so we can recoup ourselves for the damage on to the courier. You will be fully refund thanks to the warranties we are offering you.

As for the gift-wrapped products belonging to the "I Velieri collection", our packaging has always been the safest and best kind of packaging to send our products in: wood wool, gift box made of pressboard and packaging made of double-layer corrugated cardboard. There are no perishables in these boxes, so no cooling is needed.
