We have been working in Genoa since 1951and we have been focusing our production and sales on first-quality sweets and cakes and gastronomic products.

Our products can be bought in our two shops in Genoa, they are about 30 sqm each, and in our 50 sqm shop located in Liguria's inland, where a laboratory operates as well.

We have been publishing the "Palatifini (Gourmet Club) magazine for a number of years now. Thanks to this magazine we keep constantly in touch with our customers and improve the services we are ready to them during our business relation.

My family has been working with people for three generations and has acquired the greatest experience in the sector. That's why I am offering you the products you find on this site and I know they are all safe and first-quality products.

Our shops offer you a wider range of products than this web site, many of our products cannot be bought on line.

I think that the important role of our gastronomic specialities, one's own links with one's land or a new role for traditions had already been established before the development of the Internet.

Our shops have been equipped with conditioning systems since 1974: it operates day and night.

Our 400 sqm warehouse is equipped with freeze rooms to preserve our products; this warehouse was developed to stock products for the shops, now the products here stocked are also sold on line.
