Ingredients:

Gr. White flour
25 Gr. Brewer’s yeast
½ glass milk
2 onions
4 salted anchovies
400 Gr. Peeled tomatoes
1 handful black olives
5
garlic cloves
Basil
Oregano
Extra
virgin olive oil
Salt
How
to prepare it:
Prepare
the dough by using the flour, brewer’s yeast, milk,
salt, and a spoonful of oil. Let it rise for two hours,
covered with a cloth. Brown with oil the chopped onions,
add the cleaned and chopped anchovies, peeled tomatoes
with no seeds, which you have already cut, the chopped
basil and salt. Let them cook for 15 minutes. Work
the dough into a 3cm-thick pastry and lay it in an
oiled baking sheet. Scatter the stoned olives, which
you have cut into two halves, and garlic cloves on
it, then pour the browned ingredients on to the pastry
and sprinkle with oregano. Let it cook in the oven
at a medium heat (180°) for about 30 minutes. Serve
hot.
