AND "BACILLI"
Ingredients
(4 people):

Gr. stockfish,which has already been wet
250
Gr. "bacilli" (small dried fava beans)
2
lemons
1
garlic clove
extra
virgin olive oil
salt
black
pepper
How
to cook it:
Make
the fava beans tender with lukewarm water overnight. Boil
them in slightly salted water. Scale the fish and boil
it in salted water. Once the ingredients are cooked, put
the stockfish on a dish with "bacilli" as a
garnish.
How
to prepare the sauce: put a pinch of salt and the juice
of two lemons in a bowl, add the chopped garlic, pepper
and the needed amount of extra virgin olive oil: emulsify
the ingredients by whipping them up with a fork. Pour
the sauce on the fish and the fava beans. Serve hot.
