| FRIED
TOMATOES
Ingredients (4 people):
4 medium-sized ripe tomatoes
1 sprig of parsley
3 garlic cloves
5 spoonfuls extra virgin olive oil
salt and pepper as needed
How to cook them:
After
washing the tomatoes, cut them into two halves and press
the juice and the seeds out of them. Put them in a pan,
where the hot oil is and lay them onto the cut side. Let
them fry for 5 to 6 minutes. Chop garlic and parsley,
turn the tomatoes over, sprinkle them with the chopped
garlic and parsley and add the needed salt and pepper.
Let them fry for 5 to 6 minutes longer, serve hot.
And dress them with the gravy.
