SAUCE
Ingredients:

Gr. Walnut kernels

Gr. Pine seeds
1
peeled garlic clove
1
small tuft of parsley
1
deciliter extra virgin olive oil
Salt
(as needed)
How
to prepare it:
Put
the walnut kernels in the hot water for a few minutes
and peel them. Mince the garlic and parsley and fry
them slowly. Crush the walnut kernels and pine seeds
in the mortar, add to the garlic and parsley and let
everything cook for a few minutes. Salt and dilute
with oil. This kind of sauce is prepared in the entire
Liguria region, in the Eastern part of Genoa especially.
