This Vermentino comes from a vineyard overlooking the sea at Colla Micheri, planted in 1970 with its rows arranged on 20 km of dry stone walls. Yield is limited to 40 quintals per hectare to ensure high-quality grapes, which, thanks to the microclimate, impart elegance, sapidity, and flavors of the Mediterranean scrub to the wine. On the palate, it is warm and savory. On the nose, you perceive fruity notes of Golden Delicious apple and vegetal hints, with a pleasant salty background. Excellent when chilled in summer (12°C) and at room temperature throughout the year, to be served as an aperitif or paired with vegetable appetizers and fish dishes.

This Vermentino Riviera Ligure di Ponente DOC by Cascina Praié is a typical white wine from Liguria that comes from a vineyard with a sea view in the province of Savona. It is a Ligurian white wine, warm and tasty, perfect as an aperitif wine or to accompany fish dishes. Colla Micheri is a vineyard made with dry stone walls as is traditional in Liguria, on silty, clayey, calcareous soil; the yield is limited to only 40q to guarantee the maximum quality of the grapes of this Vermentino. A white wine that stands out for its elegance and flavor, the nose reveals fruity notes of apple and then turns to vegetal hints and salty nuances. A great wine for summer. Excellent cooled in summer (12°C) and at room temperature all year round.
