“Non sempre” is a Vermentino that the La Felce winery produces exclusively in the best vintages from Vermentino IGT grapes of the Riviera Ligure di Levante.

The winery is owned by the Azienda Agricola La Felce, located in the hilly area of Castelnuovo di Magra, in the Riviera Ligure di LevanteA, between La Spezia and Massa. In just over 5 hectares of vineyards, this small family-run business has decided to orient its production towards sustainable practices, choosing to follow the dictates of organic farming and avoiding the use of chemicals. The white grape varieties are grown in the wonderful strip of coast between the sea and the first mountains of Lunigiana, while the reds are produced with the vineyards located in Ortonovo.
