Right of withdrawal

It is possible to exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from receipt of the goods (will make faith tracking courier service or the date of the invoice in case of withdrawal of the goods at the premises of Rossi 1947 S.r.l.) by sending an email to info@pestogenovese.com and following the instructions for return procedures explained in the proper section.
If the right of withdrawal is exercised in accordance with the procedures and the terms above, after receiving and checking the status of the returned products, within 10 working days, Rossi 1947 S.r.l. will refund the amount paid by customer for the purchase of items returned or to issue a voucher of equal value in accordance with the customer. Shipping fees will not be refunded.
