The Genoese courgettes are part of a project created to recover and cultivate ancient agricultural settlements, using sustainable and innovative methods.
The underlying principle of these crops is that of "integrated control" which accompanies the growth phase. Vegetables are put into competition with other wild plants in order to encourage the development of animals antagonistic to classic parasites, replacing the use of synthetic active ingredients and ensuring healthier and more balanced development of crops.
The result? Fresh but above all natural vegetables.
