The trenette, virtually unknown in other regions of Italy, are narrow oval-shaped noodles, the style of linguine, but more rounded.
Are bronze drawn and subjected to a slow drying, which enhances the flavor of semolina wheat flour of the highest quality. This means that well adapt to being seasoned with Pesto. The best result is obtained by cooking with some potatoes and a handful of green beans. Drizzle the whole thing with plenty of Pesto.
