The Sparkling Brut Method Martinotti "Andalora" comes from vineyards overlooking the coast and our sea. Grapes 70% Rossese and 30% Vermentino. All the Mediterranean, scrub and marine aromas can be felt, with a wonderful savory salinity as the final note during the tasting. Sparkling wine to be served chilled, excellent both as an aperitif and as a wine to accompany the meal through to dessert.
