Without added sulphites.

Spread over almost 5 hectares of land, divided into 6 vineyards rescued from oblivion with the aim of a cultural revaluation of its area, the “La Ricolla” Agricultural Company is a guarantee of extremely high quality. In fact, since 2020, it has become part of the “Triple A” family.
The selection of grapes is carried out during the harvest phase, so as to trigger a completely natural winemaking cycle, in which the study of the deeds of ancient winemakers is the backbone. The philosophy in La Ricolla includes natural clarifications (without the addition of sulphites), renunciation of the use of artifices and external ingredients and winemaking processes carried out entirely on site.
Daniele Parma's "reasoned experimentation". Continuous research on the principles of biodynamics, respect for the territory and attention to tradition: these are some of the values that make the wines signed La Ricolla a series of products with a recognizable identity, almost as if each wine, each vintage, had its own "character", originating from the natural characteristics and atmospheric elements that followed one another during the growth and maturation of the grapes.
The wines that bear the words “Triple A” on the label are the wines of the “Farmers, Artisans, Artists”, the three characteristics that make every winemaker a great producer. Since 2001, the Triple “A” have been looking for wines obtained from clean agriculture that respects the soil and the environment, from spontaneous fermentation, produced without tricks in the cellar and that represent the best expression of each terroir.
