The Luvaira Rossese di Dolceacqua offered by the Maccario Dringenberg winery is produced exclusively using Rossese grapes from the historic areas of Dolceacqua known for this production. The winery, located in San Biagio della Cima between the Nervia Valley and the Verbone Valley in the province of Imperia, one of the most renowned viticulture areas, is managed by Giovanna Maccario and Goetz Dringenberg. The production mainly focuses on Rossese di Dolceacqua, a native grape variety famously associated with Liguria, through which, in harmony with the land, wines are produced that are universally recognized for their uniqueness and quality.
