The Rossese di Dolceacqua Posaú proposed by Maccario Dringenberg is obtained using exclusively Rossese vines from the historic areas of Dolceacqua suited to this production. The process involves a slow maceration of the must at a controlled temperature, the wine is then left to refine in the bottle.
The company based in San Biagio della Cima between the Nervia and Verbone valleys, in the province of Imperia, one of the areas most suited to viticulture, is managed by Giovanna Maccario and Goetz Dringenberg. The production is mainly based on Rossese di Dolceacqua, a native vine notoriously linked to Liguria, thanks to which, in respect of the territory, wines are produced that are universally recognized for their uniqueness and quality.
